Product Description
A lithium-ion battery pack consists of multiple lithium-ion cells connected in series and/or parallel to achieve the desired voltage, capacity, and power output. These packs are equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor and manage cell performance, ensuring safety and longevity. For communication backup systems (e.g., telecom towers, data centers) and UPS systems (e.g., for IT infrastructure, servers, or critical equipment), lithium-ion battery packs provide reliable power during outages.

Documents & Drawings

  • Longer Lifespan:
    • 8–15 years vs. 3–5 years for lead-acid, reducing replacement costs.
  • High Energy Density:
    • Stores more energy in a smaller footprint, ideal for space-constrained telecom sites or server rooms.
  • Lightweight:
    • 40–60% lighter than lead-acid, easing installation and transport.
  • Fast Charging:
    • Recharges in 1–2 hours vs. 6–12 hours for lead-acid, minimizing downtime.
  • Efficiency:
    • 95% charge/discharge efficiency vs. 80–85% for lead-acid.

  • Low Maintenance:
    • No need for watering or frequent replacements, unlike lead-acid.
  • Environmental Impact:
    • Fewer replacements and recyclable materials make them greener than lead-acid.
  • Temperature Tolerance:
    • Performs better at higher temperatures (up to 40–50°C) without significant degradation.
